  • You are the group-wide expert for labor law related topics
  • Design and oversee HR administration projects at both national and international levels with focus on adapting to regional legal requirements and support change processes
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management on all aspects of personnel management and international employment law
  • Develop, refine, and implement HR policies, procedures, and tools, ensuring their practical application
  • Foster a collaborative and trusting relationship with management and other HR functions

Your Skills and Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant field, ideally with a specialization in HR and labor law, complemented by a minimum of five years of significant experience as HR Manager in a large organization
  • Expertise in labor law, coupled with substantial experience in HR project management
  • A strong affinity for IT and a thorough understanding of digital processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a commitment to discretion and reliability
  • Sustainable, holistic, and agile approach (Lean Management)
  • Team-focused, proactive, confident, and skilled in communication and social interaction
  • Business-level fluency in both German and English
