Key Responsibilities:
- Provide managerial and administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
- Manage all HR functions, continuously evaluating policies & procedures for improvement.
- Lead recruiting, hiring, development, and retention programs.
- Determine staffing needs and oversee non-exempt personnel.
- Resolve employment conflicts and oversee leave of absence requests.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams on benefit plans.
- Maintain updated job descriptions for support staff.
- Keep management informed of HR matters and assist with financial analysis.
- Assist with the integration of new attorneys.
