Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
•Partner with business leaders to assess, architect and drive organizational change to achieve leader and organizational maximum effectiveness.
• Execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce planning.
• Ensure Talent Acquisition and Talent Development needs are met with appropriate and timely support and resources in collaboration with the HR team.
Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
Required Skills:
•Must be a US Citizen
Minimum of eight (8) years of Human Resources experience, including employee relations and investigations, compensation and merit planning, performance management, talent development, and talent acquisition.
Desired Skills:
•Experience working in the defense industry.
•Experience using Workday or other HR planning tools.
