Job Role : Hybrid Cloud Engineer

Location : Dallas, TX - Onsite

Duration : 3 Months CTH (Only W2)

Job Description:

Own & perform server technical builds (“rack and stack”) ongoing support along with 3rd party vendor, and deployments in compliance with defined Procedures that are based on customer Policies

Experience in commissioning & decommissioning of physical/virtual servers in the customer environment

Must have experience with Linux/iSeries/Windows/Solaris/Nutanix platform & operating systems

Must have hands-on experience with AWS & Azure platform including native compute, storage & network services

Experience with Installation, upgrade, management & troubleshooting of VMware vCenter 4.x/5.x/6.x hypervisor platform

Good understanding on VMware technologies like vmotion/ DRS/ HA/ FT, storage system, SAN, NAS including networking concept, VLAN/subnet etc.

In depth knowledge of migration of performing physical to

physical, physical to virtual, virtual to physical, virtual to virtual

cross technologies as well as physical to image and image to virtual

using native tools and third party. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server architecture

Experience in developing Private Hybrid Cloud infrastructure/platform using Hyper Converged Infrastructure including Implementation of monitoring and management solution for the IT setup using industry leading tools & technologies

Troubleshoot complex problems in enterprise IT Infrastructure/Private Cloud built on HCI technologies and resolve as per the SLA's.

Perform Operational Tasks - like platform upgrade and IaaS level integrations with other cloud resources/ components

Migrate Workload across enterprise IT setup and other cloud platforms using right methodology and best practices.

L2/L3 Service Delivery support for Nutanix Stack Environment, Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose Nutanix environment issues

Nutanix Administration Build Install Nutanix Node, AHV, Nutanix Cluster Management, Migration, AHV Upgradation, Prism administration & management

Coordinate with partners & vendors for hardware break-fix, support & escalations"
