IAM Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for an Info Security Analyst with a strong understanding of risk management and technology.
The ideal candidate for this position has an in-depth knowledge of security and technology, with a strong understanding of risk management.
They must have experience with access controls for common resources and be able to identify security risks, analyze complex security issues, and perform remediation efforts.
The candidate will need to have experience with access controls for common resources, such as Windows, and Linux, databases such as SQL Server, Oracle database, DB2, network appliances, and mainframe. 
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Three to five years of experience in technology-related auditing, consulting, programming, and/or operational banking experience.
IAM experience or background desired.
Required Skills:
Subject matter expert-level knowledge of security and technology.
Strong technical background in distributed/mainframe, database, web-based application development, or Cloud.
High level of business acumen, preferably in a regulated/financial industry.
Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills.
Ability to work outside the comfort zone and multitask.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and relationship management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work after-hours, overnights, and weekends on-call rotation.
