IAM Analyst/SME - PingOne

IAM Analyst/SME (PingOne Identity Cloud Implementation)

Please look for 14 years’ experience on Infrastructure and Security . Identity Access Management experience is a must .

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Implementation and customization experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (or ForgeRock Identity Cloud).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud SME.

This role involves expertise in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (formerly known as ForgeRock Identity Cloud) and its associated modules, as well as a deep understanding of IAM protocols.

•       Architectural Design and Implementation:

o    Design, implement, and maintain PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud solutions for enterprise clients.

•       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•       Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the IAM infrastructure

SME/Implementation Expert in PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud modules who can independently operate with minimal Supervision.

- Authentication and Authorization:

    - Proficiency in configuring and managing authentication methods (e.g., SSO, MFA, passwordless) within PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.

    - Implement fine-grained authorization policies based on business rules.

  - Identity Governance and Lifecycle Management:

    - Experience with identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and lifecycle management.

    - Define and enforce access policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlements.

  - Integration and APIs:

    - Integrate PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud with other systems using APIs and microservices.

    - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

  - User Experience Enhancement and Customization:

    - Optimize user registration, self-service, and passwordless authentication flows.

    - Ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

  - Hybrid Deployment and Synchronization:

    - Manage IAM needs across on-premises, cloud, mobile, and web environments.

    - Deploy PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud alongside self-managed software.

- Develop and Implement a robust scheme to ensure failproof hybrid data synchronization, including passwords.

- Security and Compliance:

  - Implement security best practices, including Zero Trust risk assessment.

  - Ensure compliance with data residency requirements.

  - Understand and address regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, HIPAA).

 - Collaboration and Training:

  - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, security analysts, and business stakeholders.

  -Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Implementation and customization experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (or ForgeRock Identity Cloud).

  - Proven track record of successful IAM implementations.

  - Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols (e.g., SAML, OAUTH, OIDC LDAP, SCIM), and standards.

  - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and deployment models. 

•       Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
