Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct IAM maturity assessments (CIAM, IGA, PAM) at new customers, guiding them through IAM greenfield or Migration projects
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their unique IAM needs, challenges, and goals
  • Define high-level requirements and conduct tool evaluation to ensure the selection of appropriate IAM solutions for clients
  • Monitor customer health metrics, including regulatory requirements, to identify risks or opportunities for enhancement, ensuring compliance
  • Provide support in the implementation of new IAM projects, taking on a flexible role such as a Business Analyst or Project Team Leader, to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction

Your Skills and Requirements

  • Proven track record in the context of Identity and Access Management (IGA, CIAM, PAM) or a similar Cybersecurity IT domain
  • Understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity governance
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or technical support within the software industry
  • Basic experience with the common IAM tool stack, for example OneIdentity, Forgerock, Ping, Sailpoint or other
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Very good German (C1) and English skills complete your profile
