Role: IAM Developer

Location: Atlanta, Georgia & Charlotte, North Carolina

IAM Developer with expertise and hands on experience build solution using Oracle Identity Manager platform.

IAM ownership and maintenance

At least 5 years of experience supporting complex IAM solutions that involve Oracle Identity Manager, AzureAD/ADFS and CyberArk
Familiarity with enterprise Identity and Access Management concepts including Provisioning/De-provisioning, Role Based Access Control, Workflows, Rules, Segregation of Duties, Attestation (recertification), SCIM, REST APIs, Single Sign On, Identity Federation, Active Directory Federation Service, Multi Factor Authentication, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Privileged Access Management – Password rotation, Check-in/Check-out of privileged accounts, exclusive access, integration with ITSM tools
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in IAM solution environments that involve Oracle Identity Manager, AzureAD and CyberArk
Examples of technical issues that need to be resolved are –
OIM - failed reconciliation/broken workflows/failed provisioning and/or de-provisioning operations, OIM server/component not starting, issues with roles/permissions
AzureAD – User authentication/authorization issues, user synchronization issues
Privileged Access Management – CyberArk components not starting up – PVWA / PSM / CPM / PSM-P etc., password change failing on CPM, PSM connection component not working, etc
Investigate logs to identify root cause, implement recommendation suggested by product supplier to resolve issues
Create support case with product suppliers and follow-up for remediation
ITIL based service delivery process – incident management, problem management, change management, CMDB, etc
