Job Description:
§ Overall, 10-12 years of experience in the IAM domain with a good understanding of IDM, Access Governance, PIM and SSO/Federation.
§ Strong hand-on experience (5+ years) in SailPoint IIQ and working experience in Okta or CyberArk
§ Candidates should have experience in design and implementation of identity management solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
§ Knowledge of all the flavors of SailPoint installation and deployment Configure and Deploying SailPoint IIQ Connectors for various target systems.
§ Hands-on with aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules and roles.
§ Strong understanding of internal technicalities of SailPoint IIQ Practical knowledge and experience with Identity Management technologies Understanding of Role Based Access Control, Governance and Access Certification in SailPoint Java/J2EE, xml, xhtml, JSF development skills Experience with SQL Databases.
§ Knowledge or understanding of Okta or CyberArk
§ Readiness to work on implementation, enhancements as well as to work on production incidents as and when required.
§ Handled escalations related to Identity and Access Management from L1 team.
§ Handle SailPoint IIQ related issues and requests: Account Update - Enable/Renew/Disable, Access Review, Entitlement/Group Management, Generic ID (GID) Management
§ Support incidents, Service Requests and problem tickets related to Identity Management (SailPoint IIQ, Okta and CyberArk)
§ Maintain and support SailPoint/Okta/CyberArk platform
§ Must be able to define detailed requirements for SailPoint solution based on input from application owners, target architecture and high-level requirements
§ Assist in creating compliance certifications with SailPoint
§ Monitoring and compliance reporting.
§ Create reports for Audits
§ Should have strong understanding of RBAC, Role Analysis
§ Should have knowledge on lifecycle events and triggers
§ Experience in creating and managing certification
§ Good to have experience working in Agile projects
§ Knowledge and hands-on experience with setting up new connectors
§ Must have experience with java and beanShell scripting
§ Good communication skills, analytical skills, business analysis and customer relationship management
§ Coordinate with offshore team and interface with customer
