IAM Project Manager

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

A leading organization is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and manage a large IT Access and Identity Management System (AIMS) project. This role supports a business-driven, customer service-oriented approach to providing IT services across the Secretariat. Join a highly skilled team and contribute to critical projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with IT and business stakeholders to develop effective plans with tasks, detailed milestones, and activities

Report status and risks every week to stakeholders

Collaborate with agency business leaders to develop and maintain ongoing release schedules

Define project objectives and strategize with key business stakeholders

Coordinate and orchestrate multiple project activities for adherence to project plan and goals

Deliver results against established timelines, deliverables, tasks, dependencies, and associated technical specifications

Collaborate with other Project Managers in developing detailed plans, work breakdown structures, project checklists, and budgets to meet established time frames, funding, and staffing availability

Prepare and execute comprehensive supporting plans in the areas of quality control, risk management, change management, testing, and other associated project management areas

Manage overall process to include monitoring project scope and change control processes

Perform work in keeping with industry-recognized standards, guidelines, and practices

Prepare remediation plans and communicate with external stakeholders and internal partners to resolve issues

Adhere to established policies and procedures concerning project management methodology, quality assurance, and other related standards
