Job Description:

The IAM Identity Project Manager supervises the IGA implementation, overseeing global user on-boarding, access requests, and governance. You will work closely with stakeholders and ideally you will have experience in IAM or IT Transformation projects.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience with the most recent 5-8 years in IAM Project Management
  • Strong IAM Technology Landscape Understanding
  • Leading project execution for various Identity products such as IAM, AD, PAM.
  • Developing and managing project plans, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for delivering the project scope and managing any deviations to the scope appropriately.
  • Identifying, tracking, and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, and issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with delivery and implementation.
  • Perform risk mitigation and propose corrective actions if not aligned with plans Manage change requests if needed.
  • Implementing agile practices, including scrums, standups, and backlog management.
  • Monitoring project status, conducting reviews, and ensuring adherence to quality metrics.
  • Develop and maintain an IAM strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IAM.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Requirement gathering for IAM application onboarding and enhancements, other engineering works.
