IAM QA Analyst II

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations personnel perform operational level support activities on IAM technologies for ***. This position will be responsible for using IAM tools and technologies to troubleshoot products, processes, and policies used to control user identities and regulate user access within the University; and work with project teams to ensure that solutions are compliant with university policies and standards. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with the business to improve Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and support the presence of the IAM programs within the University. Individuals may be assigned as the enterprise-wide administrator, operator, operational manager and/or owner of a specific technology, function or service. May be asked to participate in IS&T leadership committees. Position must provide availability outside of normal hours to make changes during approved enterprise change windows.
