### Job Summary for IAM Technical Lead (JPC – 54018)

**Title:** IAM Technical Lead
**Client:** State of MA - City of Boston
**Location:** Boston, MA (Local candidates only)
**Duration:** 12 Months

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Design and Implementation:**
- Design and implement technical components of IAM architecture.
- Maintain and support IAM tools and technologies.
- Integrate IAM solutions with third-party systems.
- **Solution Development:**
- Implement new IAM solutions and enhancements using vendor products like SailPoint, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk.
- Develop and support scalable and stable IAM solutions.
- **Leadership and Collaboration:**
- Serve as the lead technical resource for the IAM team.
- Partner with the CISO, Director of IAM, and other stakeholders for technical projects.
- **Documentation and Mentorship:**
- Write solution designs, proposals, documentation, and test cases.
- Mentor and advise team members on IAM best practices.
- **Project Management:**
- Translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Conduct code/design reviews.
- Drive technical implementation of IAM projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Issue Resolution:**
- Capture user-related issues and document resolution actions.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work flexibly based on project deadlines and deliverables.
- **Other Duties:**
- Perform related work as required.

**Primary Objectives:**
- **Enhance User Experience:**
- Simplify and improve user access to applications and information.
- **Reduce Administrative Overhead:**
- Minimize effort duplication and empower user self-service.
- **Protect City Resources:**
- Improve security posture through effective identity lifecycle management, access control, and account auditing.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in IAM architecture design and implementation.
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, Radiant Logic, and CyberArk.
- Strong technical leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members on best practices.
