Job Title              IBM Data stage developer

Location - Dublin OH

Relevant Experience (in Yrs)        7 to 12 years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills     Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong ETL Tech design and development expertise Working knowledge of DataStage.

• Strong knowledge of development methodologies & standards

• Experience with DataStage administration, configuration and tuning.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients

• Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience Required     

• Experience with multiple end to end large DataStage Projects

• Experience as Technical Lead, leading and guiding large teams (both onshore & offshore)

• Experience in planning and executing cut-over activities and post production support.

Roles & Responsibilities Identify, analyze and develop interfaces and integration flows using DataStage

• Good understanding of relational databases; experience working with different transformations required.

• Lead large to small development teams in multi-phase, heterogonous work environments, with multiple work streams.

Generic Managerial Skills            

•            Experience with multiple end to end large DataStage Projects

•            Experience as Technical Lead, leading and guiding large teams (both onshore & offshore)

•            Experience in planning and executing cut-over activities and post production support.
