Job Summary
FileNet Architect who will work on development projects and can also provide L3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications (e.g. IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, Kofax Total Agility). Strong system administration, programming, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Able to provide direction and technical advice to other team members. Prior extensive experience working with IBM's Case Manager and BAW products is required. Identify and understand issues and draw conclusions/resolutions.
Responsibilities For Application Architect
Develop and maintain Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications using IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, and Kofax Total Agility
Provide L3 support for existing applications, addressing complex issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes
Administer, configure, and upgrade IBM FileNet systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring project goals and technical standards are met
Design, test, and deliver software solutions, following Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as appropriate
Develop applications using Java, JavaScript, and SQL to extend and enhance the functionality of the FileNet platform
Manage application servers such as WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat, including tuning and optimization for performance
Work with databases like Oracle and MS SQL to ensure effective data management and system performance
Perform system administration tasks on Linux, Unix, and Windows servers, ensuring stable and secure environments
Monitor system health using tools like Dynatrace, and set up or provide requirements for system monitors and alerts
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
