Overall 8+ years of experience and relevant exp of 3-4 years
Must have worked on Data Warehouse and MDM Technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other engineering discipline
Experience in Insurance domain
Experience in building data integration jobs
Exposure to data modeling
Technical Experience
Expertise in IBM's MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) & RDM products, hands-on multiple implementation experience
Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification
Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers (DB2/Oracle)
Working knowledge of concepts like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how to use these with different types of integration technologies
Proven track record implementing successful MDM initiatives
Experience in Data profiling, Data assessment & analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Working experience in data intensive work environment
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties especially with the business stakeholders
Knowledge on Data Governance concepts and Data Stewardship
