Skills: IBM LDAP

Provide day-to-day operational support for IBM Security Directory Server ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help grow their skills.

Plan and execute upgrades for new versions of the IBM Security Directory Server.

Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned.

Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.

Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology; suggests innovative ideas to improve current processes.

Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.g., info security, audit, compliance, etc.) as well as operational best practices.

Assists in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.

Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.

Effectively be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Work with cross-functional teams, including security and application teams to ensure LDAP services are integrated effectively with other systems. 

Willingness to learn new technologies to aid in overall Web Access Management space.
