Description

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure IBM OpenPages solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
Customize IBM OpenPages applications, workflows, and reports to meet specific business needs.
Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution designs.
Develop and maintain documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use IBM OpenPages effectively for risk and compliance management.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate IBM OpenPages with other systems and applications.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep IBM OpenPages current.
Stay updated on new releases and features of IBM OpenPages software and recommend opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience implementing and configuring IBM OpenPages software in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) principles and practices.
Experience customizing IBM OpenPages applications, including forms, workflows, and reports.
Proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant certifications in IBM OpenPages or GRC management (optional but preferred).
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
