Core Middleware Administration on IBM WebSphere Application server (WAS), JBOSS &IBM HTTP Server (IHS) 
Expertise in High availability(HA) and Disaster Recovery(DR) environments and Server Clustering implementation with good troubleshooting experience
Hands-on Performance tuning on Production environment.
IBMWAS, IBM IHS & JBOSS Installation, migrations and Up-gradations experience
Hands on with scripting languages like Shell or Python
Ability to diagnose problems and resolve issues across various tiers in the following a must : Application, Database, Network, Server/OS, Storage
