Location: Nova Scotia, CA (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement IFS Assyst workflows based on the organization's requirements.
Perform routine system administration tasks, including managing user accounts, support group changes and workflow modifications and enhancements
Implement custom integrations and reporting, including end user interviews and requirement gathering.
Monitor overall system performance using system performance and diagnostic tools and dashboards. Submit bug/fix Incidents; submit instance clone/upgrade requests
Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in the IFS Assyst tool as appropriate.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the implementation, integration, and configuration of ITSM Platform solutions.
2–3-year experience working with IFS Assyst.
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL best practice framework.
Experience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing (application code and user acceptance), and deployment.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals and teams.
