SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

-Minimum three (3) years of experience directing and coaching Developers

-Minimum three (3) years demonstrated technical leadership

-Minimum three (3) years demonstrated experience with requirements analysis and system design

-Minimum two (2) years of experience in documenting, automating, and troubleshooting with tools, including but not limited to:

• HP ALM (Application Lifecycle Management),

• Open API (Application Programming Interface),

• REST (Representational State Transfer),

• SOAP API (Simple Object Access Protocol Application Programming Interface)

-Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

-Excellent problem-solving skills

-Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively

-Previous Telecom experience preferred

-Minimum three (3) years subject matter experience in the following Application and worked in the specified version or higher / newer:

• ServiceNow Version Utah or newer
