Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
  • Excellent understanding on Architecture, Design and Development of Ignition SCADA system.
  • Database Design and Interfaces, Tag Providers, Ignition Edge / Enterprise Architecure knowledge.
  • Good knowledge on Ignition Drivers and connectivity.(OPC, ICS protocols)
  • Good Understanding on Python and SQL.
  • Strong issue solving and analysis skills
Good-to-Have
  • Ignition Core / Gold Certification.
  • Working knowledge on Sepasoft or equivalent MES Products.
  • Hands on experience on Python and SQL DB design by RDBMS guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Industrial control systems and.
  • Manufactuing domain experience ( ISA 95 and ISA 88 )

 

SNResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1Understanding project requirements in order to architect Ignition solution by using necessary Ignition and Ignition’s strategic partner modules for manufacturing space.
2Understanding technical and operational constraints to create project development and commissioning plans.
3Conferring / Guiding in Designing scalable, secure SCADA / MES system including databases, reporting and project module / resources development ( scripting )
4Clear understanding of back-end computing infrastructure used in manufacturing, virtualization and docerization  ( PLC, HMI, Compute hardware, OS’s, networking, databases, etc.) is a plus.
5Interacting with client for the requirement analysis, enhancement and support required.
