Description

End to End software implementation (Kickoff, Planning & Scheduling, Requirements Gathering & Analysis, Configuration, UAT, Documentation, Data Migration, Go-live, Hypercare) within planned schedule and cost and to client’s satisfaction

Manage project stakeholder expectations through regular interactions and great relationships

Collaborate with the internal teams such as Sales, Development, QA, and Support (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) and ensure seamless transition/handover. Summarize and present results to team members and clients globally

Plan and manage periodic project status reviews and executive governance reviews

Suggest product enhancements for product gaps and suggestions for better user experience

Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues

Manage the team utilization

Technical Skills:

Reasonable understanding of databases like Oracle, SQL Server and SQK query. Strong Excel skills is also must

Knowledge of appropriate development methodologies and best practices (e.g.: mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion

Understand technical requirements to ensure accurate understanding and implementation

Good understanding of professional services domain and project management processes and workflows

Knowledge of project management methodologies including Predictive/Waterfall, Agile/Scrum/Kanban etc

Strong customer delivery experience, managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SaaS applications (You will be implementing Kytes Product Suite)

Must have hands-on working knowledge of software implementation with business applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
