Implementation Specialist/Technical BA

About the Position: Looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to help lead the new implementation teams in the Airlines group.
Demonstrate experience in learning low-level configurations for product and good experience in documenting for customer and internal teams. 
Will strive to become an expect in Product domain knowledge and configurations.
Thinks like customers using the product and engages with customers to help troubleshoot product issues.
Creates bugs for developers, does follow ups.
Stays on the customer project till customer is live on the product.
Documents project details for Support and does the hand off.
Identifies opportunities for tools and scripts and raises them with the developers to get them developed.

Must Have Skills/ Requirements:
#1 Communicate well with development teams and partner with clients to define and document the application. Stakeholder communication. Understanding the product and configuration. Function, features and deployment.

#2 Technical skills - SQL, MS-Access, Excel. Should know how to use JIRA. Have SQL knowledge to do low level configurations. Pulling data from Excel, using XML files, and creating reports from that. dealing with configurations or XML files or data

#3 Airlines industry experience. Could be in a company that is a client facing an airline or aviation client.

#4 Documentation - project details, creating wire frames, UI edits, support and troubleshoots, etc.
