Responsibilities:-
 

• The Implementation and Support Executive will be responsible for managing multiple client projects at one time.
• Responsibilities of this position include training and implementations for small to large scale clients. Needs to travel on site to client meetings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through followup, client responsiveness, and thorough communication.
• Responsible for managing client expectations.
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.
   

Skills Required:-
 

• Candidate must have excellent communication Skills (Verbal as well as Written) and client management skills in order to maintain positive client relations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP Domain in Manufacturing Industry, Construction Industry or Project Based Industry is required.
• Must possess knowledge of SQL Server and Crystal Report.
