Draft the process procedures for individual machines

· Update the process specifications of silicon solar module process

· Accountable to optimize the processes using automation and achieve the desired target

· Monitor the process parameters of every machine at a frequent interval

· Update and maintain the process check list

· Perform statistical analysis of each and every process

· Focus on process improvement and sustainability

· Work on reducing rejects and thus increase productivity

· Review the daily production and analyse reports for consistent output

· Work on improving yield with application of engineering tools such like FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis), DOE (Design of Experiments), and others.

· Work with quality team to ensure the quality, performance and cost of the existing products.

· Coordinate with maintenance team for any process related trouble shooting

· Work on new materials regularly for the better output

· Drive cost improvement process related projects

Basic requirements like:

a) Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech

b) Experience: Minimum 8 Yrs

c) Industries preferred: Only Solar Cell Module Manufacturing (Mandatory)

d) Compensation Proposed: 8 lakhs INR (This number is for the person with 8 Yrs of experience)

e) Other requirements if any (viz: Computer Knowledge Like Word, excel, Power Point & SAP/Other software support required, Willing to travel, must have Own Two wheeler): Should be Good MS Office and SAP

f) Any other skills required like, Good communications skills, Innovation, creativity including out box thinking for the job assigned, Team Building etc.:

· Skilled in SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans

· Good oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proactive working attitude

· Excellent Planning, critical thinking and organizational skills

· Capacity to work autonomously with appropriate support and supervision

· Good Team Player
