Independent Contractor - Oracle OTBI, BIP Report and Dashboard

Job Description

We are looking for a Strong Oracle Apps Technical Consultant (8 to 10+ Yrs)  having very good experience with OTBI, BIP, FAW, Smartview- Report and Dashboard development.

Key Skills:

1. Hands-on Knowledge on SQL, PL/SQL
2. Understanding of Oracle reporting
3. OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence Reports)
4. BIP (BI Publisher Reports)
5. FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse)
6. Oracle Smartview
7. Working knowledge on RTF templates, ETEXT format templates
8. Good knowledge of Oracle OTBI Subject Areas

9. Effective stakeholder management including the internal as well as external stakeholders for the project
10. Lead a team to deliver the expected business results
11. Provide direct reports ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
12. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
13. Contribute to internal trainings within team, as a part of team scaling up activity
14. Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions.
15. Participate in testing activities along with functional counterparts and provide quick resolutions
16. Develop and utilize supporting metrics to plan, execute, track, and pivot, as necessary.
17. Engage with the functional teams for requirement gathering/understanding and to convert functional specifications to technical specifications
18. Comply with all coding standards and performance measures, as per customer/organizations guidelines.
