2. Product Design/Architecture and Integrations/Transactional understanding.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Leading the India SRE Ops team for maintaining compliant, resilient and scalable SRE infrastructure and CI/CD tools.

• Work with Product Engg teams and  Manage product engineering escalations.

• Prepare operational reports.

• Track and Eliminate redundant infrastructure and tools

• Drive problem elimination and continuous improvements.

• Work on identifying the operational and platform/Infrastructure performance KPIs/Metrics and report on a periodic basis.
