Responsible for studying work methods and best practices, either independently or as a result of them being presented from a variety of sources, quantifying them with a Labor Standard utilizing established Method Time Management practices, and documenting them within company recommended software packages and protocol. Assist in the deployment and ongoing support of the Enterprise Labor Management System. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

 

  • Prior experience in Industrial Engineering or corresponding Degree
  • Create and read process maps and spaghetti diagrams 
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
  • Strong computer skills (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to travel independently as needed

 

Desired Previous Job Experience:

 

  • Experience in MTM1 and MTM2
  • Experience in time studies and setting labor standards
  • Familiarity with EASE Industrial Engineering Software Platform
  • Retail experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate support of the Enterprise Labor Management System in assigned divisions
  • Develop, update, analyze, and document all corporate labor standards
  • Perform time studies, building and documenting them within the EASE Software suite
  • Determine process changes that will help streamline work methods
  • Analyze new equipment and process changes
  • Study, quantify, and document proposed and established labor best practices
  • Maintain a working Knowledge of MTM-UAS and EASE Industrial Engineering Software Platforms
  • Organize and Manage Projects
