DDI Network engineer supporting DNS services across our global enterprise. Position will be responsible for maintaining DNS Infoblox Cloud supported Infrastructure with focus on IP Address Management, customer consultation, conducting seamless change activities, providing quick and effective incident resolution during high pressure war room situations, supporting customer requests, and contributing to strategic initiatives to advance the quality and capabilities of our IT service offerings to our customers.

On-call escalation support will be part of the role, as will operating effectively in a 24×7 environment with colleagues from around the world.

Degree in Information Technology field and/or equivalent professional experience

3-5 years' experience networking, switching and firewall environments.

3-5 years' experience with DNS Technologies

1-3 years' experience with Cloud Technologies

Extensive experience of Infoblox Client, DHCP, IPAM and related services - Configuration and Management

In-depth knowledge of Client, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and. DHCP and Cloud Hosted Environments Experience with Infoblox Software and Implementation

Grid Master
