Description

Self-driven to understand the existing data model and the data processing in the existing DWH landscape

Design, develop, and test new mappings and enhance existing ones based on business needs using Informatica

Understand incidents reported by the users and troubleshoot the data issues to the root cause level

Resolve and close incidents within the service level agreements and communicate the users

Work pro-actively to prevent issues that can be expected in the near future in the Informatica mappings

Documentation for knowledge management that helps prevent / fix fast the issues reported by the users

Maintain the performance of the existing ETL jobs that meets the customer expectation

Willingness to get cross trained in IBM Cognos
