Informatica ETL Developer

Job Description-

Roles & Responsibilities : Collaborates with business units to define requirements, building analytical datasets, perform analyses, and deliver analytical solutions that meet specific business specifications

Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders to produce useful reporting working closely with department heads, technicians, and managerial staff

Provides thoughtful analysis to enhance reporting functionality and automation of processes. Provides guidance and direction to less experienced data analysts on data analysis and maintenance of data infrastructure

Recommends formatting improvements to current reporting processes. Prepares and analyzes extensive data for timely and accurate managerial reporting, internal/external audits, ad hoc requests, etc

Core work in ETL space will be w.r.t the analysis of ETL maps, change the Data Format, Data Type, Connection changes from Oracle to Snowflake etc. Technical/Functional Skills : 1. Extensive knowledge in Informatica Power Center

 

• Working knowledge on Data Warehouse concepts
• Exp. in delivering ETL solutions by liaising with business users, architects and other stakeholders
• Exp. in Design, develop, test and support from SQL stored procedures, views, Informatica workflows
• Exp. in executing unit and system test scripts, analyzing, capturing and publishing test results
