Make queries, excel, powerpoints, strong communication skills and able to
If someone has 10+ years of SQL and Incorta maybe they'll be overqualified, but still needs someone very strong and senior.
Data Architect:
Python/strong practical usage of SQL/Data Architecture is what he's looking for.
Security? Not a requirement to have that background but an absolute advantage.
Financial Services/Regulatory experience? Nice to have as an advantage, but not mandatory.
Does not need to be an expert in PowerBI, it's mainly SQL they need to be a SME with.
Incorta is easy to pick up if they're an expert in everything else.
Project:
Need to how book of records for whats compliant and what isn't.
Maddie has done a lot of work towards it already, but need a data architect to help build and maintain the architecture.
Using incorta, using PowerBi for visualization, a lot of code to support this initiative.
Team: there is a team that supports Incorta but they have to collab so the teams needs to know some basics for Corta.
Someone who can build, evolve, maintain, etc. There is currently an Architect on the team, and they'll continue to recurit for more of them. Need someone over all the different projects (follow the sub model?)
At some point they'll need to get into Snowflake, but not in the next 6-12 months maybe in the future. Azure public cloud would be a plus.
