COBOL, ControlM Administration, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Customer Service Management, Incident Management, Mainframes


 

Job Requirements:

Mainframe, COBOL, Ctrl M, and basic AWS cloud


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Non-production environment support

- Service management team for non-prod environments

- Environment shakeout, environment availability reporting

- Non-prod batch management Ctrl-M

- Create an operating model and framework

- Financial service experience preferred


 

QUALITIES:

- Strong mainframe skill

- COBOL Ctrl M, and AWS Cloud basic

- Incident management experience or knowledge

- Knowledgeable with ITIL practice incidents, change, etc

- Knowledge/experience with support role and service management process

- Need ITIL experience/training

ANY GRADUATE
