Description

  • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor server performance, network traffic, and system stability to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Conduct regular server maintenance tasks, such as backups, software updates, and security patches.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems and applications.
  • Assist with network management tasks, including monitoring network connectivity and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, promptly resolving technical issues for end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and antivirus scans.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving server and network-related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation of server and network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to server and network management.


 

PROFILE

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years’ experience in IT support, with a focus on server and infrastructure administration and support.

· Solid experience in Windows Server, VMWare, AD administration, GPO, scripting, and O365 support (MCSE or equivalent is preferred).

· Proficiency in network infrastructure, protocols and support.

· Experience in AirWatch, WorkspaceOne, Aruba, Meraki, Tanium, OKTA, SentinelOne is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Proactive, self-motivated and detail oriented.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
