Infrastructure Engineer

Key responsibilities: 
•    Retrieving parts components/ inventory from store rooms 
•    Prepping for install of gear 
•    Deployment/install work 
•    Upgrades of old equipment 
•    Break Fix- swapping out failed component- working with teams on a bridge- validating the right gear 
•    4 eye process- walking through step by step with team 
•    Working with remote hands staff to make sure all items are complete day to day. Vendors are not leaving items on floor at end of day. 
•    All assets are inventoried. 
•    Nightly 9 PM call before maintenance starts at 10 PM. 

Must have technical skills/experience: 
•    Cisco Server 
•    Dell Server 
•    Cisco Network hardware 
•    Structured cabling - running jumpers 

Flex Skills: 
•    ServiceNow 
•    Nlight 

Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role: 
•    Organization 
•    Ability to communicate remotely with people driving their work efforts with individuals that are not working the same shift/ live time communication. 

Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful. Years of experience: 
•    Any Cisco or Dell Certifications, Server Plus would be nice to have
