What are we looking for:

Infrastructure Engineer who plays a crucial role in building development infrastructure as a service. SentinelOne’s XDR vision of one autonomous cybersecurity platform depends on our ability to collect, store, and analyze data efficiently. If you are interested in designing and building tools and solutions that will give our engineers greater control over internal systems while improving their ability to deliver software sustainably, you will love this opportunity.

What will you do? 

  • Unlock portability for SentinelOne apps and services to run on any cloud platform.
  • Achieve high operational efficiency for services you own, focusing on reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Emphasize automation to reduce the toil and pager burden.
  • Enable operational visibility through Infrastructure as Code, Observability, and best practices.
  • Work on systems that allow our engineers to deliver features for SentinelOne safely, quickly, and reliably
  • Optimize cost and operational efficiency by moving workloads to proper machine types (cloud resources).
  • Administrate tools like GHE, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Artifactory, Prometheus, Thanos,...
  • Work on both Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE) and cloud resources (AWS, GCP)
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Issue Resolution: Swiftly identifying and resolving complex technical issues to maintain system integrity and performance
  • Review the work of other team members and provide constructive feedback following S1 standards
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Working across different teams to strategically shape system requirements and ensure that the platform meets the needs of various stakeholders
  • Be accountable for features from the requirements refinement phase to successful production deployment

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 3+ years of experience in IT
  • Experience in site reliability for SaaS products at scale.
  • Experience with orchestration systems like Kubernetes using Helm, Kustomize, etc.
  • Familiarity with on-prem and air-gapped deployments on Kubernetes.
  • Multi-cloud experience in at least one AWS/GCP platform.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment automation tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Familiarity with deployment strategies like blue-green, rolling deploys, canary deploys, etc.
  • Experience in mainstream language Python/GoLang.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Familiarity in DevOps tools GHE, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Artifactory

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range

$92,000—$127,000 USD
