Infrastructure Support III

Skills:
•        Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or other SailPoint products such as IdentityNow, IdentityAI (Minimum of 3+ years of experience)
•        SQL, UNIX, Java (Ability to read and understand Java.), AD/LDAP/directory service products
•        Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, RDS, etc.)
•        AWS core concepts and services (IAM, RDS, EC2, EB, etc.)
•        Broad knowledge of technology, systems architecture, and commonly used integration patterns between systems (API, direct DB connections, file exchange, etc.).
•        Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.
•        Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.

Education/Experience:
•        Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
•        5-7 years experience required.

•        2-4 years UNIX experience with strong shell scripting skills 
•        2-4 years web application support experience with BEA WebLogic and Sun ONE (iPlanet) 
•        Ability to quickly adjust priorities to meet rapidly changing business needs 
•        Demonstrated success in supporting a critical application in a large enterprise environment 
•        Experience in Change Management tools 
•        Experience with Microsoft Project 
•        Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 
•        Knowledge of SQL and database experience 
•        Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
•        Strong customer support skills
