Insite B2B Application Architect

Requirement:

• Experience in architecting and implementing eCommerce B2C and B2B solutions using Insite/Optimizely commerce
• Provide B2C and B2B eCommerce related solution recommendations.
• Works with Enterprise Architecture resources to provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT initiatives to support and enhance the existing platforms.
• Designs, configures and/or develops search solutions to meet the needs of application.
• Maintains code repository and branching.
• Maintain configuration and coding standards for Search and active contribution in project delivery teams providing search capability.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Assist in creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
• Remediate bugs and issues found during testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing business requirements.
• Participate in formal customer reviews during project execution and project completion coupled with ongoing support/optimization reviews to improve customer satisfaction
• Creates and updates technical documentation, playbooks, and specifications of all platforms developed
• Accountable for technical knowledge transfer as part of transition to support activities.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and standards inclusive of accessibility, vulnerability and website inventory management.
• Advise and create methods to improve technical solution processes
• Aggressively deliver projects in a cost-effective, fast, but risk-controlled manner
