Responsibilities:

Support a project by applying instructional design/development principles during any phase of a project.
Thrive in a fast-moving environment with the ability to prioritize work while still maintaining positive relationships.
Design, develop and implement robust learning experiences that drive impact and can be measured.
Display a collaborative mindset and be willing to ask for help, seek to understand, and partner with the team.
Receive and give feedback on all work completed within the team.
Collaborate to identify solutions that achieve shared results.
Show consideration for the global audience and varied cultures when building content. 
Handle multiple projects and pivot quickly from one project to another.
Design and develop iteratively while showing progress to stakeholders on a weekly basis.

Must have Skills:

5+ years of learning and development experience, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
Knowledge of Google Slides and Google Docs for VILT presentations.
Intermediate skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia.
Strong skills in course development including storyboard creation and script writing.
Experience working in the technology industry, working remotely, and working across multiple global time zones.
A strong team player mindset.
