Support new technologies to discover new and better ways to improve teaching and learning.
Assist, consult, and provide outreach to faculty in the use of technology for teaching and learning, with explicit concern for their individual teaching goals.
Lead presentations, workshops, discussions, and individualized meetings with faculty on a wide variety of instructional technologies and related topics for improving teaching and learning.
Support for LMS (learning management system) instances and other teaching and learning technologies. Troubleshoots system and technology issues and interacts with vendors as needed.
Assist faculty in learning management systems and other technologies to deliver instruction in multiple modes (eg face-to-face, online; hybrid).
Provide faculty with a variety of strategies to manage student learning in digital environments and support faculty as they implement those strategies.
Assist faculty in discovering methods of improving their instruction with and without technology.
Resolve Level II and Level III Help Desk issues for teaching and learning technologies.
