Job Title: Corticon Developer/Software developer/Java developer with Integrated Eligibility Experience - EDBC
Location: Onsite (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with Hybrid Work Policy
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Integrated Eligibility system
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corticon Rules Development
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of policy within one or more of the State public assistance programs
Working experience with SQL
Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems
Working experience within a project team using the Agile methodology and/or the Scrum process
Knowledge of Unix and WebSphere
2 years of experience in Rules Modeling using Corticon Rules Engine Studio
2 years of experience in creating Corticon vocabulary and Data Contracts
Responsibilities:
Author and model Rules and create rules flow in Corticon
Analyze operational needs and use the Corticon modeling studio to model, test, optimize, and package business rules
Troubleshoot the Corticon Business Rules Server operations using logs and exception messages
Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements to create technical design documents
Familiarity with Corticon Foundation API is preferred
Perform other functions as assigned by management
Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrate teamwork, positive team interactions, team success, and proactive knowledge sharing
Additional Requirements:
Candidate must be onsite from day 1
Integrated Eligibility experience is mandatory
Candidate must adhere to the Hybrid Work Policy
Benefit management system maintenance and operations experience is a plus
