Job Summary:

Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities include ensuring that software meets functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements, writing code, performing unit testing, and ensuring successful integration into the overall application/system. Contribute to story refinement, estimate work, conduct spikes/proof of concept, and assist the team in resolving technical complexities. Code solutions, perform unit tests, and utilize multiple architectural components in design and development.

Primary Skill: WEB METHODS
Secondary Skill: Core Java
Tertiary Skill: Agile tools (Bitbucket)

Required Skills:

  • Experience developing service integration solutions using Web Method
  • 8+ years of experience in Angular and Middleware Service development
  • Good understanding of Design Patterns and design thinking
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST Web Services and related technologies (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, XML Technologies)
  • Web Services Design and development experience as a service provider
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to quickly form meaningful working partnerships
  • Works well under pressure, manages multiple priorities, proactive, and delivers quality results under aggressive deadlines


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Agile development and tools like Jira and Jenkins
  • Experience with Integration technologies like Kafka and Web Sphere


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to story refinement/defining requirements
  • Participate and guide team in estimating work
  • Perform spike/proof of concept to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
  • Code solutions and perform unit tests
  • Utilize multiple architectural components in design and development
  • Assist team with resolving technical complexities
  • Contribute to existing test suites and analyze test reports
  • Document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality
  • Participate, contribute, and coach team members in delivery/release events (CI-CD)
