Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with a strong background in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that connect SAP SuccessFactors with various on-premise and cloud applications. This role requires a deep understanding of integration patterns, SAP CPI, and SAP SuccessFactors modules

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect SAP SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems

Configure and customize standard SAP CPI Integration flows, adapt templates as needed to meet specific business requirements

Develop custom interfaces using web services (SOAP/REST), OData, and other integration protocols

System Analysis & Design

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration

Collaborate with functional teams to understand and gather integration needs, ensuring alignment with business processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

3+ years of experience in integration development, with a focus on SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP SuccessFactors

Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules

Proficiency in developing integration solutions using SAP CPI, including experience with iFlows, mappings, and adapters

Experience with integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, OData, and SFTP

Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and other data transformation techniques

Familiarity with other SAP integration tools like SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
