As IT Integrator within Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention you combine Business and IT knowledge in complex IT landscapes.
An IT Integrator within the FCFP domain:
• Supports the Product Owner with refining Epics into Features and Feature refinement with a focus on the technical solution directions, technical dependencies, technical design, clarifying functional and technical dependencies and which Squads/ /Specialists to involve.
• Supports in identifying, gathering and clarification of both functional and non-functional business, architecture and IT requirements, and translates them in feature designs describing the to-be realized features in close co-operation with the Stakeholders and Squad members.
• Refines technical solution directions and technical dependencies drafted in the Epic/Feature in coordination with the Business Analyst, the Domain Architect and relevant Squad members, using his/her in-depth IT/application knowledge.
• Creates Solution Approaches for Epics and Features, where multiple Squads and multiple IT assets are involved, which can be cross- areas, cross-tribe and cross domain.
• Safeguards the delivery of complex features, often cross-team/domain; herewith maintaining close relationship with (business) counterpart(s)
• Coordinates the Epic/Feature delivery (by creating an Epic/Feature planning) between multiple squads.
• Verifies the extent to which the realized Feature works as designed.
• Works together with other IT Integrators, Domain & Solution Architects, Product Owners and DevOps teams in an international environment
• Challenges and advises Product Owners on Feature dependencies and priorities, and backlog alignment of individual Squads
• Supports the delivery roadmaps, strategies and QBRs.
• Facilitates discussions and proposes alternative solutions using in-depth knowledge and experience of the business and IT environmental factors such as architecture, application landscape, infrastructure and risk & compliance.
Your success is not based on your hierarchical position, but based on your strong communication and collaboration skills, your results delivered, your extensive knowledge of current and future state of the IT architecture and IT landscape, your added value for ING and for the teams you work with.
You are comfortable with collaboration and reaching out across Tribes and functional borders and serve as liaison when needed. You easily connect and align stakeholders within all levels of the organization, from IT Lead to IT engineer.
The job has a lot of freedom. That means you need to be able to work independently and you can find your way in a (new)
large organisation.
The Team
You will be part of a Chapter of IT Integrators working for all areas within the KYC Delivery Tribe. Besides you will work closely with business colleagues, architects, IT managers and DevOps squads.

• Minimal 5 years of experience as an (agile) IT/technical project manager in a complex and challenging IT environment; preferably within banking or financial services.
• In case you have experience as a hands-on solution architect you might also be a match for this role.
• Experience in delivering/implementation of Epics/Features/IT solutions End to End
• Experience with agile way of working.
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality and eager to learn.
• Good level of English. Excellent communication and presentation skills to be representative in larger groups;
• Very good stakeholder management skills to operate in a complex and global environment.
• You are not afraid to operate in the middle of many stakeholders and have a very pro-active attitude.
• Knowledge of client way of working, application landscape and network within client are preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new business or technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an international setting.
