Integration Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an Integration Lead to manage end-to-end lifecycle activities for Information Technologies projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with infrastructure, networking, and datacenter migration projects, leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role involves robust expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, overseeing requirements, analysis, solution design, scope, schedule, and budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with Enterprise Technology Infrastructure & Platform Services (ETIPS) staff at varying levels to meet project timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed Project Plans encompassing issues, risks/mitigations, actions, assumptions, decisions, and dependencies.
• Lead and facilitate project meetings, compile meeting notes, action items, and ownership, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Plan project timelines and milestones, using standardized department tools/templates.
• Create and present project reports and schedules for visibility and transparency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal, external customers, and 3rd party vendors.
• Ensure team alignment with tasks and requirements, streamlining project plan execution.
• Drive best practices and documentation for process standardization and improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of direct IT Technical Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in project plan creation, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Network and Systems technologies, including Microsoft email solutions.
• Experience managing multiple technical projects (1-12+ months) simultaneously.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to proactively address potential issues or risks in written summaries.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies for project delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across diverse levels and audiences
