Basic configuration and assigning profiles

2 years IT desktop customer service support

Intune Support-- 2 roles here 

 

  • Duration: Contract
    • Think the Intune portion of the project will be 12+ Months
  • Level 1 and Level 2
    • Extremely customer focused
      • Phone, e-mail and in person support
    • Understanding basic Microsoft and Intune skills
    • Most important-- customer support skills
      • Telling them how to use their work phone
    • Having access to console to do basic configuration/etc.
    • 2 years of at least Customer Service/IT/HD/Desktop experience
      • Then basics of Microsoft knowledge
      • Some Intune would be beneficial
    • After onboarded-- MS will be providing training on InTune
  • Then will eventually turn into a Helpdesk type of position-- once this is rolled out to all existing users
