Role Description
We are looking for an Intune Support Analyst to join our team in Bridgewater, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Intune Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining devices, applications, and services within the enterprise. You will also help on-board users, provide support for corporate mobile devices, and assist in managing and maintaining our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution. This is a full-time hybrid position, with some work from home allowed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Experience with Windows operating system support
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
