Duties & Responsibilities
· Support and manage IoT technical issues that are outside the scope of BAU service provider scope.
· Coordinate complex service and technical issues with customer IoT team and service provide teams.
· Regular reporting on IoT run mode status - deepen learning for improving Industrial Workplace services.
· Produce IoT service KPI reports and monitor the trends regularly.
· Contribute to process documentation for new IoT devices.
· Contribute to technical discussions on deciding the production infrastructure change required for new and existing IoT products.
· Contribute to the service planning process by identifying the technical support requirements for the new IOT products.
· Assist the relevant level 3 support teams in resolving technical
· Take the relevant responsibility in executing required infrastructure change for IOT
· Responsible for creating & amending technical support documentation for IOT products
· Should have deep understanding of Real-life IoT Use case across various industries and a strong understanding of building the technical architecture necessary to support the IoT devices.
Required Qualifications
· Strong experience in IoT and Device lifecycle Management.
· Hands-on project experience on integrating IoT devices to one or more IoT Platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Watson IoT, Thingworx, GE Predix etc.).
· Should have Project profile which can demonstrate e2e project life cycle experience (proposal to go-live stages)
· Experience in Embedded domain with Microcontrollers, Sensors (Zigbee, GSM module, LUX sensor, PIR Motion) and Display devices (LCDs, Segment display).
· Experience with implementing protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, Rs232/485, CAN, Wi-Fi, Zigbee.
· Knowledge in modern best practices for software development, delivery, and deployment.
Excellent inter-personal & communication skills with a positive and pro-active problem-solving attitude is a fundamental requirement.
