Manage and support IBM Security Verify Access in GKE.

Monitor and optimize ISVA deployments in GKE / GCP ensuring high availability and performance.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help grow their skills.

Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned.

Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.

Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology; suggests innovative ideas to improve current processes.

Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.g., info security, audit, compliance, etc.) as well as operational best practices.

Assists in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.

Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.

Effectively be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Intermediate to advanced Linux and/or UNIX knowledge.

Willingness to learn new technologies to aid in overall Web Access Management space.
